I wasn't able to ask them specifically about the *why*, however they were insistent about how there were only two beings in this world that could create "artifacts".

Hey.

I know we didn't know each other very well. And I know I wasn't even at your fight but... I'm really sorry. You didn't deserve this, none of it. It just feels like a senselessly cruel end for someone who seemed to have a lot of joy in their life. You deserved to be brought back just as much as Barrett and Mithrun and Winter were. You should be with us when we finally break Cubia down and see what's out there, beyond Fragment. You are one of us.

I don't know if I have any right to say this, but I'm sorry we couldn't save you. I'm sure those who fought you did everything they could to get you back. And I'm sure they did it out of a place of love.

Rest in peace, Uta. We won't forget you.
