Hello.

I currently have a helmet skin that was equipped to my avatar by another player, somehow. The skin prevents speech, and only produces chicken sounds. I can't unequip it.

I'm not sure if this is a bug or not, since it doesn't interfere with gameplay. It just makes it more challenging to coordinate with players in game. Should this be reported, or left alone?

If this isn't the first time this has happened, it might be best to take it out of circulation. Otherwise I'd say it could be further tested.

( Zelkova mentioning this has already proven to be a problem before is the only thing that's saving Mithrun from seeing if he can equip a headhen on someone else. The playerbase should thank Zelkova. )

That's unusual. While you're meant to feel things by interacting with the other players, I wasn't aware of the game doing that on its own to you.

I see. That may be something to investigate. "Gate" in the third position has affected at least one other player with similar effects. I can test and verify it again myself to be certain, as well.

I would also like to ask: is the "Legend of Yaoi" quest, key item (gay erotica), and consequent weapon rewards a joke on part of the developers toward administrator Hien, or is that also of unknown origin?

I played no part in the quest, but it seems like it's a joke. Someone must have it out for him, even though he's a nice guy. :-)

I've confirmed the effects of "Gate" in the third position are consistent on my end. Did you try it yourself?

Additionally: Hien has killed me for speaking to him. Is he nice?

I did, but I did not find myself under the effects that you described. Thank you for confirming it to me. It might be a user-specific effect.

I don't know if he's been lucky enough to avoid effects like that, but I bet Hien can be impacted by them!

I suspect you're not a above Hien in the hierarchy, since you and he seem to be about equivalent in terms of information you know and what you're capable of, if specialized in different areas.

I would have expected administrator accounts were immune debuffs, but Hien is susceptible to them, while you aren't.

( Though, he still suspects Hien could probably force turn them off if he wanted to, even if he's initially affected...? )

Effects don't trigger on NPCs. There was an issue with that on the first day, but that was patched out.

Are you classed as a NPC rather than a user, Zelkova?

It seems like this is information you do not want to communicate to me. If this is the case, are you unable to lie to users?

( It would have been so much easier to lie his way out of this, like saying his avatar has special immunities, and Mithrun, with his only slight amount of knowledge user-side, would be none the wiser; but Zelkova keeps speaking in deflections and implications. )

He's mostly wondering about all these weird mysteries and secrets tied up in Fragment. How much conspiracy can a video game have? Are they all like this?
