Like I promised, I have assembled some recipes I have taken down at some point for one reason or other in the distant past for the purposes of personal record-keeping. Please let me know which of the dishes sounds palpable to your tastes, and I will stop by to provide you a dish from one of the three, or more than one if you find more than one to your potential liking. I have included a list of ingredients to them as well, to help induce further excitement.
The following are:
Chicken Parmesan
Ingredients
Servings: 4 people
2 chicken breasts, (large), about 1 1/2 lbs (.68 kg) 1/2 cup (118 mL) all-purpose flour 1 tsp (15 mL) salt 1/2 tsp. (3 mL) black pepper 2 large eggs, beaten until frothy 1/2 cup (118 mL) bread crumbs 1/2 cup (118 mL) parmesan cheese, shredded or grated 2 Tbsp (30 mL) Light olive oil, to sauté 24 oz (.68 kg) marinara sauce 4 oz (.11 kg) mozzarella cheese, (1 cup shredded) 1 Tbsp (15 mL) fresh basil/parsley, chopped for optional garnish
I am aware that it is possible for a homemade marinara to be made beforehand, which of course in this would be easy to prepare. While it simmers, I would continue to prep the chicken, and various other methods. If you have any further questions for whatever reason, please feel free to forward them to me, if that is possible?
Woodland Dream
Ingredients
Servings: 4 people
3 full sticks of butter 3 pieces of fish (of any kind but I will be using Salmon) 1 tsp. (15 mL) of salt A light sprinkling of cramberry garnish 2 random assortments of fruit (can be of your choosing) 3 small potatoes 5 pieces of broccoli, sautéd
One of my own personal specialties. I ensured I would be able to always remember creating this dish; I can't recall how many times I have made it, but it is rather important to me. Normally, I would place a few more sweet ingredients for this, but I have opted for a more hearty spin on this. If you have any further requests you would like to make, perhaps, to customize it, please feel free to ask?
Risotto di Fragment
Ingredients
Servings: 2 people
4 cups (946 mL) of chicken broth 5 tbsp. (74 mL) unsalted butter 1 chopped onion 2 1/2 tsp. (12 mL) of salt 1 1/2 cups (154 mL) of rice 1 1/2 cups (154 mL) of grounded down cheese 3/4 tsp. (3 mL) black pepper
A certain 'well-known classic', as noted down in my book of recipes. I see that I have notated it is something I have created beforehand for simplicity's sake. Likely whenever I have had a long night ahead of me and hadn't wanted to bother with gathering other items of interest. I believe that is it for now?
