I thought this information might be relevant to you, so I'm forwarding it. He might still have an administrator step in, like in my case— if they haven't acted indirectly already, like in your case.
Of course he did. I might be good with computers, but this is more mystery-solving territory if you ask me.
I'll check in with him and make sure he's not saying anything dumb to it if he DOES hear back. I don't like the fact that the admins didn't swoop right in to nip it in the bud on his end like they did with us.
