I went to their headquarters directly. Unfortunately, I could not get past their receptionist, who told me they would take note of my complaints.
My family’s retainers also could not get much information about their finances. Only that:
1) The flow of money seems to be normal, as far as they can tell.
2) CC Corp is apparently a private company, thus buying into a shareholder position is not possible at this time. Their current shareholder lists are the usual high-profile buyers you would expect.
3) And strangely enough, they declined our interest as an investor instead, citing a conflict of interest since I am already one of their beta testers.
They must be sick of us by now. I sent one of my employees to keep watch and collect information around the headquarters as well, but there is not much useful from the sounds of it. At the very least, the building seems to be properly staffed, so I cannot say there is much reason for mail to be rejected beyond their refusal to take it.
Do you think they are just shy? (Haha.) A shame that they do not view one who is actively invested in testing the game as fit for investing in the product, but I suppose there is always the option of folding your investment into a third party, hm?
By the way, tabibito-san. Since you seem to have managed to access names of their current shareholders, I wonder if you could find out for me whether a certain name or group is present among them.
If you were able to obtain me this information, I would be graciously in your debt.
Precisely. Please take it as a sign of my sincerity.

Seven Treasures, Ltd. A simple investment firm, like many others.
Much obliged, should you find anything.
[And if Hani looks into it: it is indeed a seemingly run of the mill investment firm, headed by a certain young woman who used her family's already extant wealth to found the new company in her own name. In the last two years since its founding, it has gained significant ground by making large investments in the tech sector; but the rumors say that the woman is in fact only acting in the name of someone else.]
[If Hani tries to chase that rabbit hole, they will find it leads into the underworld- and not of the Hades variety.]
Is that so? How fortunate for us that that is the case.
[Although, it doesn't mean that she might not be using a different group or stand-in for this...]
That being said, I might have some idea. Take care, should you decide to navigate it. [But of course, he will play coy unless Hani asks directly!! Never answer the question that hasn't been asked, and all that.]
I suppose I couldn’t say I don’t enjoy learning all I can about everything and everyone. So maybe not what you’re talking about specifically, but just generally.
We only live once and I mean to make the most of it. Don’t you?

i need to catch up so i can chinhand your anger
According to my people, Seven Treasures seems to be wholly unconnected to CC Corp.
But their network is certainly fascinating. I suspect, however, that you knew most of this information before you even asked.
I'm safe for another 2 months!!

safe… for now
But if you’d like me to dig deeper, I can.
Admittedly, I am curious as to why you asked about this group in particular. They’re not in the only ones involved in… that world.

Are you sure you want to dig in deeper, tabibito-san? You might attract some interesting attention.
But perhaps you enjoy that sort of thing?

Look around all you like, tabibito-san. It's not like I mind you knowing.
But if it ends up getting you somewhere sticky, I did warn you.
